In the second week of 2019, healthy resolutions are starting to feel more challenging. Two weeks into cooking and eating at home, you may be feeling more fatigued than energized from prioritizing fresh, balanced meals. Let Public School 404 help you out!

This Westside restaurant is known to have a vast and accommodating menu filled with comfort foods and creative modern meals. Public School 404 serves brunch, lunch, happy hour a.k.a. “recess”, dinner and to-go orders so any time is a good time to try this Taste of Atlanta participating restaurant. Chef Imani Greer is focused on cooking up several healthy dishes to keep you on the right track this year. There are 5 dishes, in particular, that are totally crave-worthy.

1) Pan-seared salmon with harissa vinaigrette, served over grilled zucchini and asparagus and topped with citrus confit and soft herb salad.

2) Roasted chicken and quinoa salad with arugula, feta, tomatoes, red onions, toasted walnuts and champagne vinaigrette.

3) Ahi tuna poke with pickled cucumbers, cilantro, green onions, passion fruit and served with taro chips.

4) Roasted beet and goat cheese salad with yogurt lime dressing, pistachios, soft herb salad and sherry wine vinaigrette. (A vegan version of this salad is also available upon request).

5) Skirt steak tacos filled with poblano crema, cabbage, pickled red onions, cilantro and cotija cheese.
