Bhojanic has been a part of the Atlanta food scene for 15 years this June! This Indian restaurant is bursting with flavors that are some parts traditional and other parts out-of-the box and modern. The menu is large and everything on it is delicious, so it can be tough to place your order. Read descriptions of our favorite items to order and see photos of each below.

One of Bhojanic’s featured specialty dishes is Chili Mango Wings and this creative combination will be coming back for another year for Southern Wing Showdown. 1) Chili Mango Chicken Wings. Famous jumbo wings coated in tangy mango chili sauce.

2) Chicken Kathi Roll. Bread rolled with fried egg, tandoori chicken, mint chutney, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onions served with Raita and Papadam.

3) Eggplant Maaki Ki Roti. Traditional Punjabi flat spicy cornbread served with roasted eggplant, caramelized onions and tomatoes.

Simon’s Restaurant<\/a> in Midtown has been open less than a year and already has a big-time trophy under their belt. The restaurant won “Best Taste” of Sunday at Taste of Atlanta on October 21st. Simon’s is best known for creative southern dishes and a truly Instagram-able build out. Chef Robert Butts crafts a unique and ever-changing menu with options ranging from indulgent to vegan; savory composed plates to painstakingly homemade\u00a0pastries. His enthusiasm is infectious and every restaurant-goer can appreciate the good vibes that radiate from his kitchen and extend throughout the entire dining space.<\/p>\n

Chef Robert updates his menu seasonally and right now, he’s focused on fall comfort foods. We went behind-the-scenes to capture some of these decadent dishes.
