Whether you're a beginner or know your way around the kitchen, we're here to help you roll up your sleeves and learn a new trick or two during a cooking class led by Atlanta's favorite chefs! The Kitchen Workshop, sponsored by The Cook's Warehouse, Garnish + Gather and Sprouts, offers free, hands-on cooking classes for home cooks, where attendees can learn to cook a variety of cuisines - from Southern to Italian to vegan - at individual work stations.

Mara Davis

The Kitchen Workshop Emcee - Saturday

Mara is one of the most well known media personalities in Atlanta. Among her many jobs, Mara reports for WABE - Atlanta's NPR station - with "Mara's Music Mix", a weekly round up of the city's best concerts. She also hosts a regular restaurant review segment on the "The Bert Show".

On TV, Mara is co-host of the Emmy award winning program, Atlanta Eats. On stage, Davis is a skilled and experienced moderator and emcee.

The Kitchen Workshop Emcee - Sunday

Holly is an Emmy nominated journalist who you have seen covering everything from hurricanes and floods to celebrity trials, campaign trails and sporting events for CNN. Holly is active in many charities and actively raises money for cancer research and animal shelters. She has also lent her efforts to the fight against autism and diabetes.

Holly is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a graduate of Northwestern University. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband Shawn and being a "mom" to their many animals.

Festival goers can join Mary Moore, Founder and CEO of The Cook's Warehouse, and Bobby Griggs of Hammer Stahl in the kitchen as they prepare Wild Mushroom & Marsala Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta. Participants will learn how to make the classic Italian-American dish using the cookware brand's latest products.
