Q. Where do I get my wristband?

Wristbands are mailed to those who purchase tickets before 11:59 PM on September 29th..

Ticket purchased after September 29th will exchange your ticket for a wristband AT THE GATE. Downloaded your ticket barcode BEFORE you arrive.

Q. Why do I have to activate a Taste of Atlanta account?

When you create your personalized Taste of Atlanta account and link your wristband's unique ID number in advance, we will be able to track, cancel and reissue you a new wristband for just $2.00. Wristband activation will become available in October.

Q. How do I put on my wristband?

DO NOT put on your wristband until the day of the festival. It has a self-locking clasp that CAN NOT be loosened once on your wrist. Once on, it cannot be removed and wristbands cannot be replaced without a $2 fee.

Q. How do I activate a Taste account and link my wristband?

It's simple! Just visit the Activation Page.

When you're visiting the page for the first time, you'll need to click the 'Sign Up' button to enter your details.

Your wristband is pre-loaded with your initial Taste Points. Additional Taste Points can be added to your wristband online before the festival or at one of the many Taste Point tents at the festival. Cash, credit and debit cards accepted. Restaurants sell their tastes for 1, 2 or 3 Taste Points. $1 = 1 Taste Point.

Q. How do I register my wristband if I pick it up at the festival?

Go to the Activation Page using your mobile device, at Taste Point Banks at the festival or after the festival from your computer and Click the 'Sign Up' button to link your wristband's unique ID number. We are then able to track, cancel and reissue you a new wristband for $2.00 if lost or stolen. Taste of Atlanta is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands

Q. How do I add Taste Points to my wristband?

Wristbands come pre-loaded with initial Taste Points.

Taste points can be added to your wristband from mobile phone before the festival or at one of the "Taste Point" (TP) Banks at the festival.

TP banks accept cash, credit and debit. Restaurants sell their tastes for 1, 2 or 3 Taste Points. $1 = 1 Taste Point. Add Taste Points online once you receive your wristband in the mail or at the festival. Then create a Taste of Atlanta account, and link your wristband to that account.

Q. How can I check the balance of my wristband?

Check your Taste balance on line on the Activation Page or at Festival Taste Point Banks.

Q. What if I didn't spend all of my Taste Points? Can I get a refund or donate my balance?

Leftover Taste Points can be donated to The Giving Kitchen or you may request a refund. Refunds are allowed for the EXTRA taste points you purchase, NOT for the initial 10 points that come on the wristband.

  1. Refunds must be requested within 14 days after the festival by clicking the refund button found on your profile page. There is a $4 processing fee.
  2. The refund request deadline is 11:59pm on Sunday, November 3, 2019
