Tom is an Emmy nominated On Camera Television Host, Radio Personality and a Corporate Events Emcee with Fortune 500 companies and Charities. Tom has the ability to genuinely connect with the audience while keeping the chefs chatting and cooking at the same time. Tom also strongly believes in giving back to the community and works with countless charities during the year.

All Things Fall

with Brezza Cucina's Culinary Legend Jonathan Waxman & Executive Chef Andrew Cacioppo

From culinary legend and NYC-based chef Jonathan Waxman and led by Executive Chef Andrew Cacioppo, Brezza Cucina is a seasonal, market-driven restaurant and bar at Ponce City Market offering New Italian and Californian flavors with fresh, Southern ingredients. The duo is teaming up at Taste of Atlanta to teach attendees all about cooking fall recipes with local and seasonal ingredients, including a Roasted Fall Salad with Maple Vinaigrette, Lamb Chops and a Warm Shrimp Salad. Plus, they'll be serving a seasonal cocktail to pair.

Paella with Mojave

Mojave dishes up Latin American cuisine derived from family recipes at their Sandy Springs restaurant. Festivalgoers will learn how to make a stunning seafood paella as the restaurant's brilliant chefs walks through each step.


CEO Cooking Competition

See who will take the lead as three of Atlanta's top executives turn up the heat in a friendly culinary competition presented by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Competitors, including Daniel Owens , Mark Berry and Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice , will be paired with Chef Alex Beaty of Agency Socialthéque, Chef Gref Lipman of Piastra and Chef Matt Townley of Del Friscos to coach them to victory.

There's nothing quite like a cold Guinness paired with a delicious fall dish. Guests can check out the seasonal dish 5Church's Chef Delroy Bowen will be demoing and learn the ins and outs of perfectly pairing Guinness with the right ingredients.

Somms and Sous

While head chefs tend to receive the glory, the behind-the-scenes heroes who help keep kitchens running are the sous chefs. Taste of Atlanta is putting some of the city's best sous chefs front and center as they demo how to prepare bites that are paired with wines selected by their restaurants' sommeliers. Not only will attendees learn how to cook, they'll get the chance to explore pairings with wines of Germany and Bordeaux.



Put a Spin on It

with Chicken + Beer's Chef Todd Richards

Chef Todd Richards is well-known for his fried chicken, and at this cooking demo, he'll demo a spin on the classic dish with a Shrimp Hot Chicken Style, the perfectly unexpected match to Budweiser Copper Lager.


Burger Brawl with Budweiser

There's no doubt that restaurants all across Atlanta dish up tasty burgers, but who will receive the top honor at Taste of Atlanta? Guests are invited to watch as burger joints duke it out for 'Best Burger.'
