Pinky Cole is the owner of Slutty Vegan, an interesting and popular food brand and concept that is taking over the U.S. Pinky Cole was born with a distinct purpose and mission that she would strongly connect with at an early age. Through all of her trials and adversities, the best thing Pinky Cole ever did was continue to believe in herself. Pinky pours so much into her staff, the community, and students at Clark Atlanta University. Her first restaurant is located close to the university. Additionally, she has been recognized by Essence with the Best New Start-Up Award. The world has taken notice of her magnetic personality and amazing spins on food. Pinky Cole has plans to franchise Slutty Vegan so that everyone can have the choice to try vegan items and experience the unique culture the booming restaurant produces.
About The Pinky Cole Foundation: Founded in 2019, the Foundation has an overarching mission to lead entrepreneurship and financial literacy-focused education initiatives, specifically targeting teens and young adults (13 – 22 years of age) in the U.S. By applying an intentional equity lens in its program design, the Foundation prioritizes grassroots and hyperlocal approaches to empower young people of color, a segment of our society which too often faces disproportionate challenges and obstacles to success. As a core value, this organization believes that Black economic progress is achieved by creatively leveraging economic opportunities, successful risk-taking, and innovation.
